Adjudication Court
Adjudication Court is held on the 1st Monday of each month at the Hodgkins Police Department 6015 Lenzi Avenue, Hodgkins, IL 60525 on the second floor. Court begins at 6:00 p.m. Court appearances are appointed so dates and times may vary accordingly. Any subject appearing for court should check their “Notice to Appear” for accuracy of date and time.
Anyone who is issued a Parking Citation from the Village of Hodgkins may request a court appearance. If the request is made within the initial 15 days of issuance of the citation, the fine will stand at the original issued amount, and may consequently be reduced when the case is heard before the Adjudication judge.
All citations that go unpaid past the first due date automatically double in nature. If left unpaid past a Final Notice Date and 1st Court Appearance, they will be sent directly to a Collection Agency.
